Our service to you includes the following practices:

Speed of Service – At UAC most services are completed the same day. In the event that your repair takes more than one day we are happy to assist you with transportation by providing shuttle service to your work or home (limited service area) or by coordinating a rental car that can be picked up at our facility.

Accuracy and Quality – UAC is committed to excellent, high quality repair and maintenance of your vehicle. We use the latest diagnostic and repair tools. Our Technicians are ASE certified and or are pursuing certification.  We are committed to ongoing education to insure that we stay at the forefront of the technology present in today’s advanced vehicle systems. Our Senior Technicians have earned, and maintain through an annual continuing education process the ASE Master Technician Certification.

UAC is committed to utilizing OEM or better quality parts from leading parts suppliers. Our repair and maintenance services are backed up by one of the strongest nationwide warranties in the business giving you financial and operational peace of mind.
Honesty and Integrity – Honest communication with no surprises characterizes our relationship with you. Repairs and service are conducted according to an agreed upon estimate. We make sure any variation from the initial estimate provided is approved by you prior to moving forward. We always show you the worn or broken parts, for your inspection and you are invited to visit our shop facility and consult with the Technician completing your maintenance or repairs.
