The only shop I can trust with not only my car, but my entire family’s. And this goes a long way with me. They have always been honest, out going and willing to help. Fairly priced. The shop stayed open an hour extra just to save me with a dead battery on the side of the road. And they came to the car to fix it to save me on a tow bill. Way to go guys. And thanks for the continued flawless, and honest service.

I have always had great experiences at United Auto Care in Flowery Branch. They always are able to work me into their schedule. I trust them and appreciate their honesty. I took my sons car in last year because we believed he needed a very expensive part repaired, upon inspection Mark called to inform me that in fact the part did not need to be replaced that a wire had come loose, which saved me over $300.00, I haven't found other shops where they would be honest and not replace something that did not need to be replaced. I continue to refer them to friends and family. Tracylf

My service experience at United Auto has always met and surpassed what I have run across in my history of car ownership. The staff is very friendly, professional and informative. The premises are always clean and well maintained, and I especially like the children's play area in the lobby. I don't need to take along toys to keep them entertained. On different visits I have run the gamut from oil changes/ wiper blades/ filter /belts/ complete brake job / tire rotation, and have been very pleased with the service.

WENT TO THREE SHOPS ABOUT MY BRAKES BEFORE THESE GUYS TOLD ME THAT MY TRUCK WILL GO OVER 100,000 MILES ON ITS BRAKES THEY SAVED ME MONEY AND HAVE EARNED MY TRUST
